This a fine art let me tell you.
And I will explain you why.
Let’s say your business main source of clients, is Instagram.
It’s very likely that prospects go to your DMs to send a message about how interested they are in your product or service.
As I said before if you have sales calls in your sales process.
Then talking to the prospect, explain briefly the details and schedule a call.
THAT IS APPOINTMENT SETTING.
I’m sure that if you didn’t know about the term.
You’ve probably been doing it.
Without even noticing.
So, there’s two ways to do this.
In fact there are more but let’s focus on Instagram.
I already explained one of them, it is called Inbound.
Inbound is when the prospect goes to your DMs already interested in what you offer.
So the chance of getting them to the call.
Is actually very high.
As they are already hyped.
And the other way of setting appointments.
Is the Outbound.
Outbound is when you go and talk to a completely stranger about your offer.
Giving them value and positioning yourself as an authority in your niche.
In order to schedule a sales call with them.
Obviously this way is much harder.
As they don’t know you from anything.
But there are a lot of ways, conversational structures that facilitate this process.
